Residential & Commercial Fencing

Fence Solutions for Every Property Type

Whether you need a privacy fence around your backyard or a security perimeter for a commercial property, we design and install fence systems that match your goals, your property, and your budget.

For Homeowners

Your backyard should feel like an extension of your home — private, safe, and finished. Whether you need a privacy fence so the neighbors stop watching your Saturday cookouts, a pool fence to pass inspection, or a replacement for that rotting fence you have been propping up for two years, we handle the full project. Site assessment, property line verification, permits, installation, and cleanup. One company, start to finish.

For Business Owners

Commercial properties need fencing that performs under heavy daily use and meets regulatory requirements without constant maintenance. From security perimeters and dumpster enclosures to multi-family privacy fencing and automated gate systems, we build commercial fence solutions that hold up to the demands of tenants, inspectors, and New England weather. Detailed proposals, insurance documentation, and minimal disruption to your operations.

Licensed & Fully Insured

Every project is supervised by a licensed Construction Supervisor and backed by full general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Your property and investment are protected from day one.

Free Design Consultations

Every project starts with a free on-site consultation where we walk your property, discuss your goals, and outline realistic options. You get professional guidance before committing a single dollar.

Full-Service Capabilities

From excavation and masonry to planting and irrigation, we handle every phase of your outdoor project in-house. One company means one vision, one timeline, and one point of responsibility.

One Crew, One Company

Our own crews perform the work — not a revolving door of subcontractors. You deal with one project manager, one schedule, and one company that stands behind every detail of the finished result.

Built to Last Decades

We use brand-name equipment, proper rebar specifications, and professional-grade materials throughout every project. The work we do today should still look right and function perfectly twenty years from now.

Massachusetts Expertise

We know southeastern Massachusetts — the rocky soil, high water tables, freeze-thaw cycles, and municipal permit requirements. Our builds are engineered for New England conditions, not generic templates.

Complete Project Management

We handle building permits, Board of Health approvals, inspections, and scheduling so you don't have to navigate municipal bureaucracy. You stay informed without managing the process yourself.

3D Design Visualization

You'll see a photorealistic rendering of your exact property before any work begins. No guessing, no surprises — just confidence that the finished project matches your vision.

Year-Round Service Support

Our relationship doesn't end at project completion. We offer seasonal maintenance, winterization, spring openings, and warranty service so your investment stays protected year after year.

From First Call to Finished Fence

How Your Fence Project Works

Every fence project follows the same structured process — from the initial site visit through final gate adjustment. Here is what to expect at each stage, including realistic timelines so you can plan around your schedule.

1

Call us at (857) 756-3404 or fill out our contact form, and we will schedule a visit to your property within the week. During the site assessment, we walk the entire fence line together — noting grade changes, tree roots, rock formations, drainage paths, and existing structures. We check for underground utilities through Dig Safe, verify property line markers, and discuss your goals for the fence: privacy, security, pet containment, pool compliance, or aesthetics. This visit typically takes 30 to 45 minutes and gives us everything we need to prepare an accurate proposal. There is no charge and no obligation.

2

Within three to five business days after the site visit, you receive a detailed written proposal that itemizes everything: materials and specifications, post depth and spacing, concrete volume, gate hardware, post caps, fence style and height, old fence removal if needed, permit fees, and cleanup. No hidden costs, no vague allowances. If your fence is part of a larger project — a new patio, pool installation, or landscape renovation — the proposal shows how the fence integrates with the broader scope. For complex projects, we can include 3D renderings so you see exactly how the fence relates to your outdoor space before any work begins.

3

Once you approve the proposal, we handle the permit application with your local building department. Permit approval timelines vary by municipality — typically one to three weeks in Plymouth County and Bristol County towns. During this window, we order materials and confirm the Dig Safe utility markings. If your project includes old fence removal, we may schedule demolition during the permit waiting period so installation can begin as soon as approval comes through. We keep you updated on permit status so there are no surprises on timeline.

4

Installation day starts with post layout and marking. We set posts in concrete at the specified depth, plumb and brace each one, and allow concrete to cure before attaching panels, boards, or mesh — depending on your fence type. Most residential fence projects take one to three days of on-site work, depending on linear footage and terrain complexity. Commercial projects may take three to five days or longer for large perimeters. Our crew handles everything on site: post setting, panel installation, gate hanging, hardware adjustment, and grade transitions. We communicate daily on progress and any conditions encountered during digging.

5

Before we call the project complete, we walk the entire fence line with you. We check every post for plumb, every panel for level, every gate for smooth operation and positive latching. Pool fence gates are tested for self-closing and self-latching compliance. We verify that ground clearance, post caps, and all hardware meet the specifications from your proposal. Any adjustments happen on the spot — this is not a punch list that takes weeks to resolve. We also clean the site, remove all construction debris, and restore any areas disturbed during installation.

6

Your fence comes with our workmanship warranty covering post settling, gate alignment, and structural integrity — separate from the manufacturer's material warranty. If a post shifts, a gate drifts, or any installation-related issue appears, we come back and make it right. We also remain available for storm damage repairs, fence extensions, gate adjustments, and future projects. Many of our fence clients come back for patios, retaining walls, and landscape work once they see the quality of our installation. Building a long-term relationship with your property is how we prefer to work.
