Pools for Every Property Type

Custom Pool Construction for Homes and Commercial Properties

Whether you're a homeowner ready to create the backyard your family has been dreaming about or a property manager adding a premium amenity to attract and retain residents, we design and build pools that fit your property, your budget, and your vision.

For Homeowners

You've been thinking about a pool for years — the kids are old enough, the yard is ready, and you're tired of fighting for a spot at the town beach every Saturday. But this is one of the biggest investments you'll ever make in your property, and the last thing you want is a contractor who disappears mid-project or a finished pool that doesn't match what you envisioned. We eliminate the guesswork with 3D design visualization, handle every permit, and manage the entire build from excavation through your first swim — one crew, one company, one point of contact.

For Property Managers

A pool is a premium amenity that attracts residents, justifies higher rents, and differentiates your property from the competition. But commercial pool construction brings compliance complexity — DPH regulations, ADA accessibility, bather load calculations, and commercial-grade equipment requirements. We handle the regulatory side alongside the construction, providing detailed proposals your board can approve, insurance documentation, and a project timeline that minimizes disruption to your operations.

Complete Pool Construction Services

What's Included in Our Pool Construction Process

From site analysis and 3D design through excavation, shell construction, and final startup, we handle every phase of your pool project. One team, one point of contact, one company responsible for the finished result — whether you're building a backyard oasis or a commercial aquatic facility.

Free Design Consultations

Every project starts with a free on-site consultation where we walk your property, discuss your goals, and outline realistic options. You get professional guidance before committing a single dollar.

Full-Service Capabilities

From excavation and masonry to planting and irrigation, we handle every phase of your outdoor project in-house. One company means one vision, one timeline, and one point of responsibility.

One Crew, One Company

Our own crews perform the work — not a revolving door of subcontractors. You deal with one project manager, one schedule, and one company that stands behind every detail of the finished result.

Built to Last Decades

We use brand-name equipment, proper rebar specifications, and professional-grade materials throughout every project. The work we do today should still look right and function perfectly twenty years from now.

Massachusetts Expertise

We know southeastern Massachusetts — the rocky soil, high water tables, freeze-thaw cycles, and municipal permit requirements. Our builds are engineered for New England conditions, not generic templates.

Complete Project Management

We handle building permits, Board of Health approvals, inspections, and scheduling so you don't have to navigate municipal bureaucracy. You stay informed without managing the process yourself.

3D Design Visualization

You'll see a photorealistic rendering of your exact property before any work begins. No guessing, no surprises — just confidence that the finished project matches your vision.

Year-Round Service Support

Our relationship doesn't end at project completion. We offer seasonal maintenance, winterization, spring openings, and warranty service so your investment stays protected year after year.

From Design to Dive-In

How Our Pool Construction Process Works

Building a pool is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your property. Here's exactly what happens from your first call to the day you dive in — so there are zero surprises along the way.

1

Call us at (857) 756-3404 or fill out our contact form, and we'll schedule a visit to your property within the week. During the consultation, we walk your yard together — assessing soil conditions, lot size, drainage patterns, utility locations, and setback requirements. We discuss your vision, your budget range, and how the pool integrates with your existing outdoor space. Within two weeks, you receive a photorealistic 3D rendering showing exactly what your pool will look like in your actual backyard — not a generic brochure image. This rendering becomes the blueprint for the entire project, eliminating the uncertainty that makes most pool buyers hesitate. There is no charge and no obligation.

2

Once you approve the design, we begin engineering and permitting. This includes structural engineering for the shell, a soil probe to check for ledge rock and water table depth, Dig Safe utility markings, and applications for building permits, Board of Health approval, and fence permits — all required in Massachusetts. Permit timelines vary by municipality, typically two to six weeks across Plymouth County and Bristol County towns. During this window, we finalize your contract with itemized pricing, material specifications, equipment selections, and a milestone-based payment schedule. Our contracts include everything — no surprise change orders for items that should have been anticipated.

3

Excavation day is when the project becomes real. Our crew removes 200 to 350 cubic yards of soil for a typical 16-by-32-foot pool, precision-grading the hole to match the 3D design specifications. If we encounter ledge rock — common in southeastern Massachusetts — we bring in rock-breaking equipment, which we plan for based on the soil probe. After excavation, our plumbing crew roughs in main drains, skimmers, return lines, and the bonding wire required by electrical code. Then the rebar cage goes in — properly spaced, supported at the correct cover distance, and inspected by the building department before any concrete is applied.

4

For gunite and shotcrete pools, a specialized nozzleman applies the concrete shell at the correct PSI and thickness — this is skilled work that determines the structural integrity of your pool for the next 50 years. For fiberglass pools, the pre-manufactured shell is craned into the excavation, leveled, and backfilled with engineered fill material. For vinyl liner pools, the wall panels are set, braced, and the liner is custom-fitted. Regardless of pool type, the shell phase is the structural foundation of the entire project. We use experienced crews, not subcontractors hired for one job.

5

This is where craftsmanship shows. Our mason crew installs waterline tile, coping stone — bluestone is the New England standard — and the pool surround. Because we are a full-service landscape and construction company, the decking, patio, and outdoor living elements are built by the same team that built the pool. Equipment installation follows: variable-speed pump, filter, heater, salt chlorinator or chemical system, automation controls, and LED lighting. A licensed electrician handles all pool electrical work and equipotential bonding — the life-safety system that prevents electric shock drowning. Every component is specified in your contract.

6

After the interior finish is applied and the pool is filled, we balance the water chemistry, commission all equipment, and schedule the final building inspection. Then we walk the entire project with you — testing every feature, explaining every piece of equipment, and making sure you are completely confident operating your new pool. We provide a written maintenance guide and remain available for questions. We also offer seasonal services: winterization in the fall, spring opening, and ongoing maintenance contracts for homeowners who prefer professional chemical management. Many of our pool clients become long-term service customers.
